  • Morning – After-sales process & efficiency
  • Afternoon – Customer experience & service offering
  • Evening – After-session escape and dinner
September 15th – Open Session & Manufacture Visit:

  • Morning – open networking & matchmaking session to foster direct exchanges between brands, service centers, retailers and partners

  • Afternoon – exclusive visit of the TAG Heuer manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds
