Data
The SAM database is hosted in the Northern Switzerland Datacenter (Zürich) of the Microsoft Azure cloud service. The service provider handles all technical, administrative and financial management (service leasing) with Microsoft.
Microsoft Azure continuously backup the database. The last 7 days are retained. In addition, SAVinsight SA creates a daily backup on Microsoft Azure storage and keeps one version per month for the last 10 years.

SAVinsight SA makes every effort to keep data secure and undertakes not to disclose any information contained in the SAM and telemetry database to third parties.

In order to ensure a high level of service, information on the use of the application may be collected.
