Last week, Jean-Marc Challandes and Roland Hirschi were on the ground in Dublin to kick off a new after-sales service project with a major local retailer. Their Objective? build a state-of-the-art after-sales service organization, delivering a top-notch customer experience while supporting long-term sales growth.

This marks the last milestone of a busy 2025 filled with certifications, trainings, organizational reviews, new workshop set-ups and SAM deployments, across the globe, including Switzerland😅.

It is now time to slow down, enjoy time with loved ones and recharge.
