Looking back on a busy and exciting week just gone by in Japan for SAVinsight.
✔ 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮: a captivating visit to the 𝗟𝗩𝗠𝗛 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, guided by its manager, Shigeru Hayashi. Great infrastructure and environment. Thank you, Shigeru Hayashi and team!
✔ 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘂𝗽: a meetup with the dynamic team at 𝗚𝗠 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼., 𝗟𝘁𝗱., the exclusive distributor of Edox Swiss Watches in Japan. We visited their service center and took a closer look at the implementation of the brand’s new after-sales strategy developed with SAVinsight.
✔ 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁: a great visit to our partner service center, VECTOR K, in Osaka to review our second year of partnership. Kudos to Hideki Hisamoto and the VECTOR K team for their great performance – 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟴𝟱% 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟴 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 in the last 12 months, thanks to the combined efforts of the VECTOR K team and SAM, SAVinsight’s cutting-edge digital repair management system!
𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹! 🔥
Meanwhile, the SAVinsight team (in fact, Jean-Marc Challandes 😊) was in Istanbul last week, continuing a personalized technical training program for an independent service center eager to elevate their team’s skills.
Since then, Jean-Marc Challandes jetted off to Mumbai, where he’s currently renewing the certification for our partner service center, Luxury Watch Works (more to come in a next post 😉).
And the journey doesn’t stop there!
➡ Today, the rest of the team (that is Stéphane Wiget & Roland Hirschi 😊) is in Barcelona for a business review with our partner service center, CRONOWATCH.
➡ Next week, the SAVinsight team is gearing up for EPHJ – The World of High Precision, showcasing at the BERGEON booth, one of our top partners for watchmaking equipment.
SAVinsight is in full swing, and the rest of the year promises to be just as hot! 🥵 😅
Stay tuned for further updates!
