✅ 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮: our colleague Jean-Marc Challandes took off to Shanghai to officially certify our brand-new service center, a result of our partnership with the Melchers Group. Classy Chinese vibes! 🌏
✅ 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Off to the homeland of fashion and luxury for a project optimizing the customer service of a famous watch and jewelry retailer. Global organization review and implementation of #SAM, our cutting-edge digital solution. We’re dedicated to impactful changes!👌
